With two kettlebell certifications under her belt and her passion for sharing fitness knowledge with others, Veronica opened a home-based kettlebell studio in 2010. For the next 6 years, she focused on helping clients achieve ultimate functionality while making injury prevention a priority. The kettlebell is her unconventional tool of choice,which she uses for fat loss, muscle endurance, strength and conditioning. Proper form and technique are consistently assessed under her coaching.


Veronica is also CrossFit Level 1 certified and has experience coaching small group CrossFit classes, circuit training and boot camps of various size. No matter what level of fitness you are at, Veronica can help you move better, feel better, and be the best version of you!
